At Empress NovaLink LLC, we are focused exclusively on serving customers in the United States. We ship only to addresses within the continental United States.
1. Free Shipping (Continental U.S. Only) We offer free standard shipping on all orders to addresses in the continental United States (48 contiguous states). This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). There is no minimum order amount required for free shipping. Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping only. Expedited shipping options (if available) will incur additional fees shown at checkout.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers We work with trusted U.S.-based carriers, including:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS (for smaller or lighter packages when most efficient)
The carrier is selected based on package size, weight, destination, and current service availability to provide the most reliable delivery.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Ground Shipping: 3–10 business days from the date the order ships (most orders arrive in 5–7 business days).
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier volume, weather, holidays, or rural/remote locations.
- Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
4. Order Processing Time
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
5. Shipping Address Requirements Please double-check that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for:
- Delivery to an incorrect or incomplete address
- Delays or losses caused by address errors
- Packages left at the delivery location per carrier policy (signature may be required for higher-value items)
If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@empressnovalinkllc.com. Address changes may not be possible once processing or shipping has begun.
6. No International Shipping We do not ship outside the continental United States at this time. All orders must have a valid U.S. continental address.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, it is considered delivered.
- For missing packages (marked delivered but not received), contact the carrier first using the tracking number, then notify us.
- If an item arrives damaged, take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged product and contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@empressnovalinkllc.com. We will arrange a resolution (replacement, repair, or refund) per our Return Policy.
- We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
8. Tracking Your Order You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. You can also view status by logging into your account on our website.
