Return Policy

At Empress NovaLink LLC, we want you to love your single sofa. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and customer-friendly return process for purchases made on https://empressnovalinkllc.com.

1. 30-Day Return Window You may return most items within 30 days of the original delivery date. The 30-day period starts from the date the carrier marks the package as delivered (or the date you sign for it, if applicable).

2. Eligible Items

  • Most single sofas and related products are eligible for return.
  • Items must be in original, unused condition, with all tags, protective packaging, and accessories intact.
  • The product must not show signs of use, assembly beyond basic setup, stains, odors, pet hair, or damage caused by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or made-to-order products (if clearly marked as such on the product page)
  • Clearance, open-box, or final-sale items
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper assembly

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery at info@empressnovalinkllc.com. Please include:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return (optional but helpful)
    • Photos of the item (especially if claiming damage or defect)
  2. We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 1–2 business days. All returns must have a valid RMA to be processed.

4. Return Shipping

  • Standard returns (change of mind, didn’t like the style/color, etc.): Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect item upon arrival: We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. Please contact us before shipping and include photos of the issue and packaging.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost returns in transit.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 3–7 business days of receipt), we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (even on free shipping orders), except in cases of our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • If only part of an order is returned, any promotional discounts or free shipping thresholds may be adjusted, and the difference may be deducted from the refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items If your sofa arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damage
  • Photos of the original packaging
  • Order number

We will arrange for a replacement (subject to availability) or full refund, and cover return shipping.
